The Weight Loss Program is designed to help people seeking a healthier weight to achieve their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors and forming sustainable, healthy habits.

A Different Approach
It's non-prescriptive. The programs's approach is to empower, encourage and provide tools so that participants design their own plans to support their weight loss goals within the context of their own lives.
It uses the power of the group. The program is designed to encourage group discussion, group learning, group sharing and group problem solving.
It seeks to change the definition of weight loss. Every day, individuals face prescriptive messaging on how to lose weight (meal plans, diet, gym equipment, etc.) -- messaging that has created the perception that weight loss can be achieved only by finding the right answers or the ultimate solution to losing weight.
Time to Commit
When you're ready, the Y Weight Loss program is available to anyone 18 years and older with a desire to lose weight.
You will meet 1x a week for a 12-week commitment.
This is not an exercise program.
This is not a diet.
This is a GROUP gathering with guided tools and interactions to assist you on your personal journey toward your personal goals.
